1. How do I book my holiday? To book a holiday with Mountain Bike Safari please call us and we will send you a Booking Form, which must be signed and returned to us. The group leader/organiser must be over 18 years of age to progress with the booking. (See our booking terms page for more information).
2. What is the payment process? A deposit of £100 per person or full payment if booking within ten weeks of departure must be paid at the time of booking. We must receive the full balance of the holiday cost no less than ten weeks prior to departure. (See our booking terms page for more information).
3. Does the cost of the holiday include insurance? No, it is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is adequate for your particular needs including cover for lift passes and equipment in the case where they may be lost or stolen. We do not check alternative insurance policies.
4. I have my own bike, can I bring it? Of course. We thoroughly encourage riders to bring their own equipment to ensure that they are comfortable on the saddle. Whilst the equipment from the hire shop is at a pretty good standard, there's nothing like riding your own! We have the facilities the transport your bikes from Geneva airport and back, just mention it during the booking stage to arrange.
5. What's the best way for me to get to the Alps? Most people find travelling by air the most convenient method of getting to and from the Alps. Upon agreement one of our minibuses will meet you arrival at our local airport, Geneva. Also upon agreement, we can provide safe and secure bike transport on our fully fitted mountain bike trailer. The trip from Geneva to La Rosiere is approximately 2 and a half hours. There are also options to travel by rail from Ashford in Kent or St Pancreas in London. A road trip takes you on autoroutes for 95% of the journey via Reims, Troyes, Dijon, Lyon, Chambery, Albertville and Bourg St.Maurice. Aim for an 08:00am ferry departure from the UK. (see our Travel page for more information). There will be a meal waiting for you upon arrival.

MBS provide not just a resort of riding, but a whole valley! 5 different resorts are only a short drive away ensuring that there is a huge selection of switchbacks, trials and downhills to choose from. Rest assured, your guiding experience will be an exhilarating one!! Guiding is available 5 days per week. Lessons are also available.
